How to cook:

For a good recipe other than good meat and ingredients, you also need some patience. U can’t get the best flavours in express mode. Food is life , food is divine, lets respect it. Meat cooks well on low or medium flame only.

On low flame, put a heavy bottom non stick pan with lid plate to prevent the steam and aroma from escaping, add just 1 small spoon oil/butter, now add the marinated meat pack ,fry for 10 minutes, cover with a plate for better cooking, stir in between,, keep adding a spoon of butter or oil inbetween to prevent dryness on skin.   Let it simmer with lid on till the juices starts drying, Now put the lid and let it fry slowly. add 50 ml if u want a gravy, if u want a fry then add only 30 ml water and slow cook.   Indians like fully cooked or deep cooked meat and in fact its good and safe for us. The recipe may be ready in 45 minutes.

Let it cool on its own, check one piece and if done garnish with fresh coriander powder and leaves. Enjoy WITH RICE OR ROTIS
