Return Policy

Return & Refund & Order Cancellation Policy :

Dear Customer, we value your orders and association with us. But for any reason, if you are not satisfied with our product or service, please feel free to inform us and we will be glad to give you a free replacement for the same product or a product of your choice. This will give us an opportunity to correct our process and improve the service.
Return Policy: For Products that are reusable we will do a 100% refund on the return and receipt of the product at Store and a refund will be processed within 3-6 working days. 
For all Perishable Products & food products Like meat, dairy products, fruits & vegetables you can cancel the order, 10 minutes from the time of order, after the dispatching of the products, there will be no cancellation as the products are perishable.
For Marinated Meat and other Marinated Range of products, you can cancel the order up to 10 minutes from placing the order as the products are perishable & exclusively made for you on order.
For the Ready to Eat a range of products, you can cancel the order up to 05 minutes from the time of order was placed, after which there will be no cancellation or return as the products are perishable & exclusively made for you on order.
We will still consider the order for replacement in the extreme case of the order not being delivered by us in the looking time of 2 hours from the promised delivery time due to external or internal factors which are out of our control or in case of any quality issues raised by you.
All replacements will be done within the next 24 hours, and all refunds will be processed within 3-6 working days. For Failed transactions please connect with your bank or card issuing company, the refund for incomplete transactions will be initiated by them only, in case we receive your payment then we will refund it to you as soon as we receive it.
