The Recipe:    Fresh farm pork belly bar single cut of 500 grams,  marinated in lemon juice,  red chilli powder, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns,  garlic &  ginger paste, grounded cumin seeds, peri peri masala, coriander seeds all fried, roasted & powdered, sesame seeds, turmeric powder , curry leaves & some meat masala.

Its tangy, lemony and bit spicy too.

How to cook:

 

For a good recipe other than good meat and ingredients, you also need some patience. U can’t get the best flavours in express mode. Food is life , food is divine, lets respect it. Meat cooks well on low or medium flame only.

 

Suitable for pan fry or oven or  barbeque grill :

 

for pan fry, On low flame, put a small pressure pan, add 2 small spoon oil  now add the marinated meat pack and fry for 10 minutes, stir in between. This helps in the removal of raw ingredients. Let it simmer with closed lid on till the juices starts drying, add little butter or oil to avoid dryness.   Let it cook for 10 minutes each side.  when the skin turns crispy put a tooth pick, if it enters without any pressure then its done..

Let it cool on its own.check for salt and masala. If all ok, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and also some pepper powder
